As a Closer, you will play a crucial role in our company's growth by taking inbound sales calls and closing deals through Zoom Calls or phone conversations.

At Emberflow (EF), we are on a mission to enable US-based medical Clinics to scale and automate their business so they can help more people lose weight. As we strive to be the world's #1 company for scaling Medical Clinics, we seek passionate individuals who resonate with our values and commitment to excellence.

🔹 Responsibilities:

1. Conduct Zoom and Phone Calls to qualify and sell our services to potential clients.

2. Nurture leads and ensure you follow up with them in a timely manner.

3. Effectively close sales to meet the company's growth goals.

4. Stay organized and update the CRM system.

5. Create new strategies and share insights with the rest of the team.

6. Stay updated on our services, client success, and industry trends to provide informed sales guidance.

7. Join team training and standup calls.

🔹 Requirements:

1. Go-getter and motivated.

2. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to establish rapport with leads.

3. Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.

4. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

5. Results-oriented and driven to meet and exceed sales targets.

6. Comfortable using GoHighLevel CRM software.

7. Minimum of $2,000,000 sold for service-based packages greater than $5,000.

Our Offer: 350 Booked Appointments in 90 Days, or we work for free and cover adspend until the result is achieved.

Ticket Prices & Compensation $10k (AOV: $8,500) $30k (AOV: $15,000)
Commission Structure: 10% + 2% PIF incentive. Compensation: Commission Only. OTE: $8,000-15,000 as of now. (We're seeking closers to finally scale our ads.)
