We are seeking a very experienced Customer Success Manager with appointment-setting-agency-specific experience who thrives on developing strategic relationships and is deeply aligned with our core values. We look for somebody who can point out the processes that don't perform to the level where they could and fixes them.

🔹 Responsibilities:

1. Onboarding new Clients and establishing a potential long-term relationship. 2. Coordinate with the Fulfilment team to ensure Clients get exceptional results. 3. Participate in Team Meetings to improve our service and client experience. 4. Upsell existing clients into 6-12 Month Contracts and other Add-Ons. 5. Increase Client Retention by setting the right expectations. 6. Coach and Consult Clients to skyrocket their results. 7. Regularly check Ad Accounts and Systems to ensure performance is at KPI and suggest improvements.

🔹 Requirements:

- Exceptional communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.

- 8 Months+ of experience in customer success management or equivalent role for an agency in any of the following niches: Semaglutide, Medspas, Clinics, Chiros, Dental, Gyms

- Strong leadership, teamwork, & cross-group collaboration abilities.

Must Have - Platforms, Software, Skills

1. Facebook Ads (Targeting, KPIs, Data-based Decision Making, Overall Strategy)

2. GoHighLevel (Funnels, Tracking, Automations)

3. Reading and manipulating Google Sheets 4. Project Management Software Experience (ex. ClickUp, Asana, Monday, Notion)

5. Copywriting/Persuasive Copywriting (Emails and Ads) 6. Direct Response Messaging 7. Call Center Management and Training Experience

- Sales (Ideally High-Ticket, $5k+)

OTE: $8-12k/mo ($3k Base + Bonuses)
